Section 87.31 Disposition versions

87.31. During the paternity leave provided for in section 87.30, a senior administrator, who has completed 20 weeks of service, shall receive an allowance equal to the difference between his weekly salary and the amount of benefits he receives, or would receive after submitting an application for benefits, under the Québec Parental Insurance Plan or the Employment Insurance Plan.

The second, third and fourth paragraphs of section 87.14 or the second, third and fourth paragraphs of section 87.16, as the case may be, as well as section 87.15, apply with the necessary modifications.

87.31. During the paternity leave provided for in section 87.30, a senior administrator shall receive an allowance equal to the difference between his basic weekly salary and the amount of benefits he receives, or would receive after submitting an application for benefits, under the Québec Parental Insurance Plan or the Employment Insurance Plan.

The second, third and fourth paragraphs of section 87.14 or the second, third and fourth subparagraphs of paragraph 2 of section 87.16, as the case may be, as well as section 87.15, apply with the necessary modifications.
